An Accident which has shown me a hope….

Yesterday that is on Tuesday and the dated 15.07.08, as usual I was on my way to office there is a place called BTM 2nd stage Land mark is Indian oil petrol bunk on the left hand side on my way while I am coming from Jaya Nagar.

There is a signal and that’s a four road signal I was standing as the vehicles were all …. Suddenly I realized I am half on the ground and my vehicle full on ground. One fantastic driver sitting in a luxurious Innova stuck my vehicle with out realizing that the signal is still ON (RED)… Another brave personality lorry driver next to him gave a second push to the vehicle as the vehicle was on the ground he could not see and he thought he can move on by then the signal was off (Green light on, which means vehicles can move). I found very difficult to get up as the half leg of mine was under my vehicle .

With great difficulty I got up suddenly two men from some where came to help me . I should say they are GOD sent to help me .. Two got the vehicle up from ground and the other man could realize I was limping he went on asking me …

Are you fine ?
Can you ride the vehicle to office?
You did not get hurt na?

I did not see his face but later when I could such a handsome , I felt like just staring at him forgetting all the pain. He seeing me at that situation took my vehicle from my hand and took it to the corner of the road as I was at the middle of the road.

Repeated the same set of questions I now took out my voice and said I am okay after limping all the way from middle to the end of the road.He just walked off … Felt I should meet him again and offer a coffee at least .

Pray GOD that he should be safe where ever he is ……….

Job Hookers/ Changers

There is a program which is telecasted by NDTV Good times channel, I was regular follower of one program called ‘Lounge’. Normally the program gets telecasted from Friday to Sunday at 11:00PM and there will be a replay on Monday at 9:00PM. Hosted by ‘Rajat Kapoor’ very nice program. Leaving aside the program details.

I happened to be so lucky while I was browsing through the channels last night I happened to see suddenly this channel all smiles, felt very nice after one and half month close to two months I was totally detached from the TV channels of my choice.

The topic for the discussion was Job Changers, as per routine three guests were invited for sharing their personal views and idea’s. The first guest who’s name was Fizal (forgive me if the spelling is wrong) He is by profession an add designer, he changed four jobs for the past 3 years. He said his first job lasted for about 4 months and then so on and so forth. The second guest is a lady forgot her name she is working for an corporate bank in Mumbai she has an experience of 12 years in which she changed only 2 jobs. The third guest no clue where he is from but he is modest at his talk.

The basic discussions went on and the reasons for any one to change job an expert psychologist says ‘ A fine morning you get up and feel that oh GOD I have to go for work’ this is the hint for any one that they are fed up of the job and its time to see to move on(I feel daily the moment I get up). Not only that one good point is when one person is changing jobs he is taking lot of risk, it is time consuming also 6 months before the search and 6 months after getting into new organization. There are many things involved in this. We can not say that the stable person learns more than the person who is more involved in changing companies, learning depends on the individual ability. We can not blame any one for any reason. We ought to keep one strong point in mind that one has their own difficulties, which they alone know. Not only that the pressure of getting more earning wise is also major factor for one to see for opportunities. They also said that the age factor and gender factor which is very predominant in one’s decision making. I don’t totally agree with this point probably some where down the line these also could be factor for the decision making

Like e.g.: Male is the bread winner of the family who has to work hard to get more money to satisfy the family. Females have lesser responsibilities comparatively in this area. Age the one in early 20’s can take risk and see as he is very independent.

One more there are some companies which fail to use the knowledge base that’s available with them. They rather concentrate more on building business and stuff but forget to use the capacity one has. This is the strong feeling that I am having right now. I feel I am under utilized not blaming anyone. I want to move on. Join me in my prayers so that I get a job where I can stick to it for minimum of 5 years and deliver my best in what ever way it is possible with my potentials.

A NICE AND THE LAST EXPERIENCE ONE WOULD NEVER WANT TO ……

I am here in Bangalore when I landed here first thing I felt was the cold breeze and one of my friend telling me see Bangalore how nice weather it is .. Second thing he showed me is a girl going on a bike with a guy almost as if she needs him to be very near so that she donot need to breath even . If she does not hold him then he might run away kinds. Imagine to this my friend tells me Bangalore is very fast and nice place to hang around. My foot, just by holding some one so tight we are not going to have them as good partners.

Another horrible experience I have ever had with any auto- rickshaw fellow. I had to go to Tirupathi from Bangalore on the same week end.While I was returning back some how with great difficulty of few buses that night from Tirupathi to Bangalore. I found one seat in one KSRTC bus which is pushback for name sake (I mean the bus seat). I reached Bangalore around 5:30AM in the morning . I opened by eyes to see dazzling flood light in the bus stop , which happened to be the last stop. Got down from the bus after collecting change from lady conductor . First meeting with an auto driver who came on his own as soon as I got down . He demanded double the charge of meter(suppose if meter is 200 I should shell out 400/-, Hmm My father is one Anil Ambani to pay so much). I denied and looked here and there for some help .

Imagine the fate I donot understand Kannada ,speaking is far to imagination. Second person came to me asking one and half of meter(this seemed okay to my savings mind). I said ok fine better than the first one. He took me a Bangalore tour, where I was half asleep and controlling to just see if he is taking me to the right place ot not. I had no clue where is Softzone, outer ring road. I was careful enough as I had called one friend back in Bangalore the day before reaching Bangalore. I only knew that it is outskirts of Bangalore. The moment I saw Shoba apartments I had a light in my face. I some how could reach to the apartments SHOBA JASMINE , this is the place where my service apartment is….! I got down saw the meter 200 bugs I took out 300/- and gave the auto person. There my miserable time started. He abused me to the core. The security fellow could not help me. He came in side the apartments asking for more money. I took out finally 50/- bugs and gave him adding a line that I donot have anymore.

He tells me people who come from village to this place do not understand the importance of auto’s. More over when you can not afford this why at all you had to hire it. I was silent as I did not wanted to break my head.My friend gave me a caution that auto’s here are terrible. I only could understand what he meant that day after experiencing this.

This was one horrible experience I had ever had in my life time……

GOD save this country and the people here lift us from the places we are in right now and show us better life....

The 3 mistakes of my life……

Those who have interest in reading Indian author novels must have definitely heard about this novel.

The author is Mr.Chetan Bagat. He wrote three till date and I must proudly say that I have finished all three novels of his writing. There are simple to understand and very close to our lives as we live in India and we are Indians.

I found chapter four very interesting as it talked about maths. I should not reveal the story but can not stop myself from explaining after reading those. The story is all about one small business man’s life. Who is G.Patel , I mean chethan knows him with that name, he is one who has lot of passion to Mathematics, I am sure he will come up in life. I had the similar stage in life.

Ish is his friend and he has a charming and beautiful sister who hates mathematics like me. She wants to clear her medicine which has mathematics for which her brother(Ish) takes the help of G.Patel’s help. One more interesting personality is Ali who is very interesting when u assess his psychology… Very interesting . If I explain everything here I am sure chetan is going to curse me.

I enjoyed reading the novel. It is very nice…….!

LIFE IN METRO….

Staying in a metro is equally painful . I should say I am amongst those one unfortunate personalities who landed up in a place called Bangulu . I am not sure about the spelling. Hell with it , there are list of complaints I keep sharing with people . I thought I should post it here as well…..

When I was leaving Hyderabad I never felt that I will miss the place so much that I would shed tears for taking such a bold decision to move to this place. I must say there was not a single day which did not go with out my tears and pain.

First thing is my company which took over is having all rude policies which are from internet policy to the viewing of desktop calendar , so on and so forth..

I must say I miss the facilities of the office we were in before. I never had problem like this in Dhaka either. I was feeling I am working for the best of the facilities in Dhaka also. Here unimaginable.

I donot want to hurt some one’s feelings about Bangalore(correct spelling). I personally did not like this place. I am not sure how long I need to stay here . But keep your prayers so that I find some way out to leave this place.

BE AS HONEST AS REALISTICALLY POSSIBLE……!

Must be wondering as to where we heard this from and does it sound very familiar…? Those who have watched NDTV INDIAN of the year award under the category of best entertainer in HINDI , Shahrukh Khan got the award and some one was asked to ask a question: ‘A one line advise for the politicians’ Though it became a big sentence this was so catchy for me …

Can not believe how many times I watched the same thing again and again. One thing is certain I feel that he is one who talk sense and I do remember in one more interview he was asked to talk about the media he had put it in a way where it was so nice to hear … I am sure that this person really talks sense . Coming to the actual meaning of this whole sentence it carries a real weightage which every one need to understand and put that in practice for our country to become strong in many ways…..!

We all hope that programs like ‘Force India’ will really bring some meaning and value addition to the vision 2020….. !

A New year a new beginning and many challenges in life ….

What to say and what do we do about the years that are running so fast

Many a times we might have not realized that half of our life we just spent aimless

Many of us have had a wonderful time and we must have thought about our new year resolutions even .

What matters at the end are we being helpful to people … Are we kind to our own people

Let us first answer ourselves which is most important thing to do

Years approach and years run by …. We might not have realized things as we are very busy in still understanding the basics.

If the creator comes to you and asks you the same we are answerable to him …. First we are answerable to ourselves….

Let us pray and hope that this year brings in a lots of meaning to our lives……..

Many of us go selfish in many instances. Many a times we do not think about the person who is involved in the situation at that particular point of time. We think our problem is heavier and we do not need to think about others.

Some where we are all social animals and need to accommodate people. Think for instance if GOD can not accommodate us and he only thinks about himself and forgets about his own creation (Mankind) can we survive on our own. We all need one another. We need each others support and thoughts to live in this world. We need some one to patch our back which assures us a lot and provides us a good strength.

When we are sick and not able to do our daily routines no one would want to just be on their own, we feel what if my mother or some one would have been next to me asking to eat this and do that to get rid of the pain that I am undergoing right now. This is what happens to each one of some only difference is that some expresses them openly and some keeps it with them and burdens.

I am not trying to tell anyone not to be selfish; winning a person is not so easy. Loosing anyone or anything is very easy task. We all have our own thoughts and ideas about each situation. We act accordingly but if we give some time to ourselves in understanding that we are not making the effort to make us think that we live for one another and sometimes yes we live for ourselves. When we are in a dire need of a person we fall back on few people whom we trust and that person is not willing to help us (if in case) it is so painful to digest the fact that we have no one for help.

Believe in ‘Almighty’ who is always welcoming you and he has his hands open for each one of us anytime. Let us seek him and worship him for what he is in our lives

MY BEST FRIENDS WEDDING ….
All set for the lavish wedding of ‘My Best Friend’. I am very excited and very happy to tell you all that I am longing to see her in her Bridal wear. She is undergoing lot of tensions as she is doing everything on her own. She is very sweet girl.
On every step initiated in life we feel the excitement and nervousness to experience the same. Small or big, all achievements which come our way are much deserved though.
Especially in achieving a life time friendship and bond. Again initiating a new step in life with full excitement and equal nervousness by getting bonded with some one’s life, accepting them as partner and everything for the rest of the life .
We dream a lot, we pray with faith within us to move the same in our lives. Ultimately life is already decided by the creator (This is the ground reality and we need to accept this to move on..)

HOW TO DEAL WITH THINGS….

This is an art of life where very few people deal it sensible and they act very normal. There are no set formulae or any instructions as it differs from person to person and primarily it is dependant on the situation (Entirely).
Only one universal tip is that when the other person is in bad temper stay silent which really helps us. If both start bombarding the end result is fight and Blood pressure and implications and so on and so forth…
Being silent is not as easy as anyone tells. We are all human beings and having loads of ego and self-respect. But still advisable to stay cool and silent. With which we do not loose rather we gain a lot.
One thing is for sure when we do things we always think that what ever we are doing is right in our own way and try reasoning the situation.
I feel at times we also should take inputs from people around who observe you from time to time and mould a bit try changing for good.
There must have been situation where you are totally correct but then you are targeted for no reason but with this you can not prove the whole world that what ever you have done is correct. Take it from me if you accept or not if there is one person who say that you are good and very nice, there are three people who say you are not good.
If some one makes an opinion on you and try avoiding you, it is always better for us that we do not need to scratch our head in thinking and analyzing about that person. Well in modern times we need to be good with everyone around for one that that you never know what will go wrong if you spoil the relationship .
For me I would say do not end up anything with bitter memories rather try solving it or leave it to time as I feel time is the best teacher for us all….

It is a different time that I have traveled all the way to meet one of my friend here in Bangalore.

It was so tiring and slept whole day finally got up and met a new person called Rekha and her cousin. We had a karnataka style lunch and now I might head to words some shops , let me see if I can do some sopping for my best friend.

I forgot to mention the most important thing that is my best friend is getting married to her beloved. I am so happy for my best friend …..

I had spent some time with her last week where we got reminded of all college memories. Life is smooth till now and no worries as of now …

I have one more news to inform that is my organization is getting acquired by another Australian company. I have no clue as what is going to happen to our jobs and specially policies .. Hoping for the best and praying for the future…

Te second day continues in Bangalore where the life is very busy as far as I know . I had my own time slept well and all set to go back to Hyderabad today evening . I hope I will not face any difficulty today in my travel.

Rest all the same as we know life moves it is been one year since I came back to Bangalore . Same time last year I was here with the same friend but it was for a different purpose , I had come for a official thing where in my previous company there was some audit happening . But then this time I have come totally on personal note .. With this I leave to days updates and I need to get ready t visit Sumathi .. Hoping that I will have good time with their family too…

U guys have good time and happy Diwali if I can not blog till then take care and be careful.

WHATS DO WE GET AT THE END IS DECIDED ALREADY

We have a saying that 'Man Proposes and GOD disposes' It will hold good for me in my life all time .



I wanted many things in my life cried had bitter times in life but ultimately moved on with what i had at that particular point of time . I feel that was immeturity that makes any one think that there is nothing in life for us with out that .



We all fall in love at one point or the other but we are all not successful in all the ways . Some people are lucky I can call them since they get what they want or probably that is what meant for them .



I felt 2 years back that there was no life but still I was not in the verge to any such decisions of ending life and all bit it was terrible time for me to even relaise the same . I did not learn lesion out of that i moved on to a great place called hyderabad where i did my PG .


This place is very good and I specially love this place . I joined a second JOB in HYD and founda very nice friend and started feeling that he is everything for me . Where I did not understand that it should be same from that side also , bad luck but i still love him for what he is . I know that I might not be able to succeed this time again but life will move on and Iam dam sure that I will get what GOD had kept for me ...



With the positive note lets move on ......

Yes it is time to say bye to Leiden office staff . We are leaving for India tomorrow morning . I really enjoyed the time I was here ..

Holiday inn was really sophisticated and was luxurious to stay . Thanks to each and every person who is directly and indirectly involved in making my trip a success.

It was fun knowing colleagues here Ruud , Martin , Herman and Peter. It was irritating at times as they were talking in dutch on top of their voices but still it was really nice to know them.

It was really nice to be with these people. My manager and my immediate boss .. Whom I should not forget to thank as they were with me all the while.. It was nice all together and I am happy that I am returning back to my Hyderabad…

Will start writing again once I reach Hyderabad .. Till then you guys have fun and My love to my Lukas Jennette and Dietrich. Thanks to one and all...

Europe….

A small place called Leiden gave me an opportunity to visit Europe and meet my cousin and see my office here . A small beautiful place .

The best place is Holiday Inn which is lovely , it is outside the city but very nice place. Food was a little difficult thing to manage as whole Leiden does not have a Indian Restaurant. Mcdonalds wow hurray saved life.

Coke I got aversion to coke now . One day night I decided not to have coke any more … Too much of coke . This trip made me have black coffee . To tell you all I never had normal coffee also there in India .. Everything is possible under the sun …

I visited my cousin here and saw my nephew too (Lukas) cute Lukas…. Called me atta. Had a nice time with him ..

Iam winding up this with a small note to all dutch people who made me learn words like KIP , O pa , O Ma (Kip- Chicken , Opa- Grand father , O ma- Grand mother)
Thank you Leiden for giving me this opportunity to do so many things

<>Why decision making takes time?? (Hyderabad to Some Holiday place)

I know a person who is married and wanting to take his family which contains a wife two kids and one mother- in- law . From morning he searched all places possible visiting places in the last minute .

He tried Karnataka ,covered Tamil Nadu and finally landed in Andhra Pradesh … Result nothing he is taking every one’s inputs .

There are some crucial road blocks for this they are :

1. Last minute there are no train tickets in AC classes.
2. He does not want to spend so much money for flights ( Which is very valid).
3. He does not prefer buses (not even Volvo) .
   
4. He has his own vehicle , he wants to drive the family to some place , thing is none of the places are with in limits where he can drive them.

Some one at tea break told him to go to Srisailam which is a pilgrim centre and he is from North India . He can not speak a bit of Telugu also (Main Disadvantage )

He boiled down to go to Vizag with my advice the thing is he is not getting road map which can lead him to Vizag from Hyderabad . After some time he decided to go to Vijayawada

By after noon he was almost decided and with the help of ‘Sheela’ he made calls to AP tourist office … Srisailam has only one resort that’s Punnami where it is fully booked ….I found out that there is a hotel but that is only for lodging .. I seriously feel bad for him .

Every one feels bad for him as he is taking out his time to just to make his family enjoy .. When I went and sat with him only suggestion he had for me is do not get married enjoy life like this only . Once you get married then you have no options left to enjoy yourself …

The out come is that tomarrow there is strike in Andhra if that’s the case he wants to take a bus to Karnataka and then go Goa and Mysore from there .. In that case the third point in road block is not a actual road block… he he he he he

Nicest weekend

It was great week end to be with my friend and cook for her. Going out with her. We both are best friends and she is very soon getting married. She just arrived from Chennai after attending my classmate’s reception.

Fortunately her boy friend is out of station. She asked me to pick her up from Air-Port. Madam for one day carried 13 kgs baggage with all that reached Hyderabad at 10:30 PM. We drove till her house with a break at Hyderabad House just to pick up few things for dinner.

Went to her room. Such a mess… Oh… GOD... Then had a great dinner together and we started the actual discussion about reception (it was started on our way to her room only but still). We slept around 3:00 Am imagine we had so much to talk ( Do not say girls talk too much ) We got this time after 2 months so updation of two months( on and off we keep talking over phone but still)… Morning got up around 11:00AM and had breakfast and freshened up to go to parlor , from there to lunch ..

Then had coconut water at the middle wow that was so nice in hot sun… Then back our respective rooms to sleep ………. Then evening show… That was my week end.

There are so many things one wants to convey to the other person but many a times He/ She can not express things as too much of anything is bad.

There is a limit to everything we do in life. There should be said lines where one can draw for every instance. We ignore certain things in life for specific reasons but that ignorance will not fade the memory. Some where back of our minds we still have but we always think that we have ignored that instance.

There are some points I want to convey in general …. They are … Here they go ….

1. Do not neglect any one for any reason
2. Do not under / over estimate any one for any purpose / reason
3. Do not look at a person with a wrong intuition in your mind about that person
4. Never portray your self negative for anyone
5. Do not avoid a person for any odd reason
6. Never measure the person in front of you. Remember that we will also be measured with the same scale
7. Treasure what you have now
8. Have always positive thoughts to larger extent
9. Remember that there is solution behind every problem, but remember that time is the only teacher and it is the only decision maker which leads us in that way…
10. Try to avoid giving false reasons for any thing

These are some points which we always need to remember and practice also…. World around is very small, we might need people for what ever reason. But remember this when we need the most there will not be a single person except your loved one’s and your Almighty who is your creator and always watching you and helping you ..

WHAT ARE WE UP TO…

When we analyze ourselves we have lead a life where we were very selfish many a times. We always try to make ourselves comfortable rather than looking at others . If there is a small thing which gives us discomfort we think so many ways to avoid that small thing.

What are we gaining in this life being so? One instance I was sharing with one of my cousin about my life that I want to just live a life adopting a KID so that he/she will also have a good and comfortable life with me. He suddenly replied me hay that’s nice to know that you have Christianity in you. I am not talking about any religion or about a race here. We all have some values in life and we all have some customs and traditions which we are carrying with us. All of a sudden we can not be so different for any reason.

My only message through this is we have people around who are really having tough time to lead their daily life forget comfortable at least one day if all think and start doing something for them would really help them .

But one more question is where we go to help them send money to charitable trusts and old age. I heard they misuse the money then HOW we can help this country in terms of growth and development? Please think about this … I will also do the same we will collectively do something for our country which has given us an identity in this life and in this world……

WHERE ARE WE HEADDING?

Life is such a mess; we do not know where we are leading to words...

There was an instance where so called my own friend had wonderful sentences for me. I can not forget those sentences. We always saw a girl as a precious one GOD blessed women with lot of patience and he gave them lot of responsibilities to handle.

In this era we always see and measure a girl from top to bottom. A guy can talk anything he wants but girl can not do the same what a sad thing .

If we look at something when we point out at some one we forget that three more figures are pointing at ourselves.

A guy wants a virgin girl to marry but the same can not be the other side. Recently one of my best friends told me that ‘I encourage only time pass girls’. I was shocked to hear that from him. There were many more shocking things I had to hear.

Truth lies some where we are at the end of the world and what ever is said is coming true in every aspect. We are in our last days in this world …….

We might think it is unimaginable to live in these circumstances but we need to be bold and live our lives .Final judgment is very near so be cautious with our actions and words . We live very short there is eternal life ahead ….. Be happy and stop judging others for any reason.

Did any time this struck our mind? We just live as if time is pushing us. We do things which we like and sometimes we are forced to do things which we don’t like also.

When we sit calm also the thinking process is still on. It is never ending; we keep thinking and burdening ourselves for no reason.

The mirror inside you reflects your face and mind to do what you have to do, but still we hide ourselves somewhere and try portraying as if we are different .

Why do you like few people it is all that frequency which matches with them. We feel they are meant for something. When you feel so you try giving them lot of importance to that person .In that run we forget that we are loosing our own-ness just to win that person.

Many instances we love a person more than required, give them lot of attention, which some really enjoy not giving obviously getting attention.

All these are never ending it just comes as a wave which wipes what ever is written in the sand on the beach. Life is the same what ever is meant for us is decided long back , rest all is just the beautiful lines which we are writing with lot of patients on the sand knowing that waves will wipe away how ever beautiful it might be. That’s the ultimatum accept what is meant for you and go on in life ….. Life ahead is so beautiful provided if you want to make that beautiful.

Analyze yourself what you are? And do not hide your self. Your beauty lies there when you know what you are? Many a times we do not know what we are that when , we end up in mess.
